DIY Mixed Fruits Yogurt

Lactic acid bacteria can help clean up harmful substances from the body and promote defecation. Dairy products are important sources of calcium, it is advised children should have a habit of drinking milk from an early age, home should always have milk, cheese and yogurt products, as a regularly food for children.

Blueberries 10 pieces

1.

    Firstly chopped strawberries into pieces, save 1 slice for decoration.

Dried Cranberries 10 pieces

    Put cornflakes, raisins, dried cranberries, strawberries and blueberries into a small cup.

Raisins 10 pieces

3.

    And then pour yogurt over the top, spinkle almonds pieces and strawberry slices for decoration, best serve fresh and cold.
