Cold Beverages Cold lemon ice tea, lemon honey water, and taste very sweet, it is advice pregnant woman should avoid these cold beverages.
Stimulate Food Spicy or Satay food can stimulate the taste buds and are not recommended for pregnant women to eat.
Fried Food Fried pork chop, fried chicken wings and french fries and other deep fried foods are high in fat, pregnant women should avoid eating.
Local street-side snack Fish balls, dumplings and offal, mostly pickled high-salt foods, and poor hygiene conditions, pregnant women are advised to avoid eating.
Instant Noodles Instant noodles are a high-calorie and high fat foods, pregnant women should avoid eating.
Medication There are many drugs cause birth defects, pregnant women should avoid intake, especially in early stages of pregnancy, the placental barrier has not yet fully formed, easily fit into the embryonic tissue of drug adverse effects. If not, should seek medical treatment.
