Blueberry Oatmeal

Blueberry contains lots of nutrients, eg. Iron, zinc, vitamins. They can enhance babies vision and body’s immunity.


Oatmeal has high proportion of carbohydrates and fibers, but low fat, it can prevent constipation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


ingrediantIngredients: Directions:

Blueberries 1/2 bowl

1.

Place blueberries dices in the blender, blend it.

Oatmeal 1/2 bowl

2.

Cook oatmeal in hot water until done.

Corn Flakes 1/2 bowl

3.

Use spoon make corn flakes into small pieces.

  4.

Add blueberries puree and corn flakes into oatmeal. Ready to serve.
