Nurture a Healthy Sleeping Habit
In order for toddlers to have a good night sleep, firstly pay attention to promote a healthy sleeping habit when they are still small, this can greatly help their growth and brain development. Child with a good sleep usually plays with lots of energy, great mood, eat well and stay healthy. Child with not little sleep will become moody, eat less, body weight and growth become slower, easily get sick. Toddler daily sleeping time should be on time, a sufficient sleeping time should be morning and noon time each have 1.5 to 2 hrs, night time should get 10 hrs of sleep. For the health of the child, parents should ensure sufficient sleeping time for their little ones.
Healthy Sleeping Habits Tips:
1. Allow baby to start have an early good sleeping habit, go to sleep and get up on time daily, teach them to learn a regular schedule.
2. The bedroom should be quiet, warm and cozy, fresh air circulation can also contribute to the child comfortable and deep sleep.
3. Nurture the child to sleep on their own early. Sleeping alone has many advantages, not only can reduce the chance of getting respiratory diseases from the parents but also avoid getting sleeping interference from the parents also.
4. Bed sheet should be light and soft, to avoid the child feeling cramped oppression.
5. Before putting the kid to sleep, parents should not let them feeling hungry or too full.
6. Do not allow the child going to bed too excited; also do not use aggressive tone of voice to force children to sleep.
7. Try not to allow children to study or do their homework on bed, this can easily give the child impression bed and study can go together, leading a bad sleeping habit.
