Fish Fillet & Spinach roll served with Corn Kernel Rice

Spinach contains a variety of β-carotene can prevent cancer and heart disease. Folic acid helps prevent birth defects in the fetus. Potassium helps maintain electrolyte balance within cells, and to normal heart function and blood pressure. Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C benefits the immune system. Iron may help prevent iron deficiency anemia. Calcium, magnesium and able to build strong bones and the balance of blood pressure.

 

Fish are rich in protein, amino acids, fats, fish oil, vitamin B group, vitamin A, D, E, iodine, potassium and other rich nutrients, particularly DHA and EPA, have confirmed that human brain development, reducing allergies, to help such a beautifully visual function! Fish meat more tender, the baby's stomach is better absorbed.


ingrediantIngredients: Directions :

Fish fillet 80g

1.

Wash, drain and marinate fish fillet. Set aside.

Spinach 3 stalk

Wash spinach. Add 1/3tsp salt to water.Cook spinach in the salted boiling water. Cut spinach into sections and set aside.

Rice 1 bowl

3.

Place spinach on fish fillet and roll up. Secure fish rolls with a toothpick.

Corn kernel 1/3 bowl

4.

Heat oil in pan. Pan-fry fish rolls till done. Place them in lunchbox on one side.

Minced garlic 1/2 tsp

5.

Place rice in lunchbox on other side. Add corn kernel. Ready to serve.

Oil 2 tsp
