Potato Marsh Mix with Tomato & Carrot

Carrots are extremely high in both Vitamin A and Beta-carotene, which are rarely available in such potent amounts from other fruits and vegetables. Vitamin A is beneficial to eye, cell, and skin health, which means it benefits strong teeth, regulates gland functioning, and benefits eyesight. Carrots are also very high in essential minerals like calcium, potassium and iron etc.

 

Potatoes is a good source of vitamin C and B6, prevent flu and raise the immunity of human body.

 

Tomatoes are excellent source of vitamin A & C, good for the heart and anti-cancer effect.



ingrediantIngredients: Directions:
1 small carrot (68-80oz), peeled and cubed 1. Boil the carrot (25 mins), potato (35 mins) and tomato (8-10mins) until tender .
1 white potato, peeled and sliced 2. drain and mash thoroughly.(If you want it completely smooth, puree in a food processor.)
Tomato (half), peeled and diced  3. Combine the salt and butter and stir again then serve.
salt (1/4 spoon)    
unsalted butter (1/3 spoon)
