High-sugar diet habit will affect the loss of vitamin B

Registered dietitian points out that water-soluble vitamins dissolve in water, the excess water-soluble vitamins in the body will be excreted from sweat and urine, the time period for the vitamin B complex to stay in the body is not long, the advantage is great without excessive accumulation and poisoning, but it can easily loss in moisture, so pay attention to whether there is sufficient dietary intake. The loss of vitamin B complex is mostly appear in poor appetite, fatigue, poor concentration, slow thinking, increase the risk of dermatitis and the hygiene and other health problems, for the children who lack of vitamin B6, B12 and folic acid will have anemic symptoms.

 

Vitamin B can be intake in daily food, including red meat, pork, liver, fish is abundant, green vegetables, soybeans, milk, cheese, etc., can provide a lot of vitamins B. If a family who eat less meat or is vegetarian or do not eat eggs and dairy products, they must pay attention to get enough vitamin B.
