Cranberries Deviled Eggs

Registered dietitian said the nutritional value of eggs is very rich; here is a great recipe with eggs for all mommies to make for their little ones, these delicious eggs have more nutrients beneficial to the development of the body.

 

Eggs are rich in protein; protein is the element in the body to create skin and nails, is one of the important elements essential during early childhood when growing up. In addition, the lecithin contained in egg, help brain development and enhance memory, for the child’s growth is especially important. Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with water, bring to a full boil cool for 5 minuted and soak in cold water for 12 minutes.

Dried cranberries  few

Remove the shell and cut into halve.

Olive oil  pinch

Use spoon to scoop out egg yolk and place into a bowl, place egg white on a plate.

Spinach leaves (divides)  1/4cup

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat then add spinach, cook until tender.

Mayonnaise  3-4tbsp

5.

In a food processor, combine yolks, spinach and green onion mixture, dried cranberries, mayonnaise, condensed milk and salt.

Condensed milk  1/2tsp

6.

Spoon yolk mixture into egg halves. Ready to serve.

Salt  pinch
