Vegetable Gillette

Ingredients:

Potato 400g

Broccoli 200g

Carrot 100g

Mushroom 100g

Bean 100g

2 Eggs

Tomato 300g

Ketchup 200ml

Miso 100ml

Basil 15g

Bread crumb 200g

Olive oil 30ml

 

Seasoning:

Salt 1tsp

Sugar 1tsp

 

Steps:

  • Boil the potatoes until cooked, peel the skin and mash them after cooling.
  • Boil the broccoli, carrot, mushroom and beans until cooked, cut them in pieces and mix with mashed potatoes.
  • Spread the eggs and bread crumbs on the mixture, deep frying it until it turns to golden brown.
  • Put the tomatoes, ketchup, miso and basil into a wok, slowly cook it with stirring, until the sauce turns thick.
  • Nice plating the Gillette, finish with the topping sauce.
