8 oz (1 cup) pumpkin, peeled and diced, with seeds removed |

Peel and dice the pumpkin, steam, or simmer in a little water, until nice and tender |
10-12gm chicken breast |

Add the chicken stock and simmer for 10 mins |
70-80gm porridge |

Combine pumpkin, chicken & porridge then place the cream cheese on top, put in a oven and cook gently until the cream cheese has melted (around 3-4mins), stirring often and serve. |
