Postpartum Excerise
Studies show that most women gain an average of about 30 pounds during pregnancy, although many of us end up gaining a lot more than that. On average, 18 to 20 pounds are usually lost within a month of having a baby, but it's those extra pounds that can be tough to get rid of. Your body may be different after having a baby. But, with a little patience and consistent exercise, you can get back into shape.
(Step 1) -laid down -knee curl up -slowly straighten out knee
(Step 2) -laid down -knee cap together -slowly turn waist to right, remain position for 5 sec, return to idle state -now do the same to the left side
(Step 3) -slowly pull up the lower part of body -tighten the back and abs muscle -with shoudler and arm face down -hold for a few sec and return idle
(Step 4) -both hands and knees on the floor -tighten abs, back curl up at a slight arc -breath in and slowly breath out
(Step 5) -laid down -both legs bend up together -tighten abs -head and hands stretch out to touch knee cap
(Step 6) -laid down -both legs bend up together -tighten abs -head and hands stretch out to touch LEFT knee cap -repeat to the RIGHT knee cap
