Baked Potato with Mushroom & Chicken

Chicken contains protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, also rich in vitamin A. Not only with low-fat chicken, and contain mostly unsaturated fat, fatty acids, as children, the elderly, cardiovascular disease, illness, weakness after illness of ideal protein food.

 

Potatoes contain protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, zinc, carotene, vitamins B1, B2, C, E, fiber, also contain amino acids. Amino acids in the fat cells to promote the synthesis of important material.

 

Mushrooms help to strengthen bones, lower cholesterol and keep fit. Can enhance human immunity and anti-cancer effects, many experts have been finding out.

 

 


ingrediantIngredients: Directions:

Chicken 40-50g

1.

Wash chicken. Drain, slice and marinate it.

Fresh mushroom 2pc

Slice mushroom. Set aside.

Potato (medium) 1pc

3.

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Oil 2 tsp

Wash potato. Dry then wrap potato with aluminum foil. Bake for 50-60 minutes.

Heat oil in pan. Stir-fry chicken till done. Stir mushroom slices in. Set aside.

Potato starch 1/2 tsp

6.

Cut a cross inside of baked potato. Stuff chicken and mushroom. Bake for another 10 minutes.

Soy sauce 1 tsp

7.

Place baked potato in lunchbox. Ready to serve.

Sesame oil 1/4 tsp

   

Salt 1/4 tsp

 

 

Water 1/4 tsp

   

Sugar 1/4 tsp
