Ginseng Soup

 Chinese belief a healthy hot soup is good for body repair, the following soup is suitable for the whole family.










ingrediantIngredients: Directions:
Ginseng 4-5 oz 1.Wash & rinse lean pork. Scald and set aside
Lean Pork 10 oz 2. Soak dried conch until tender. Scald conch in boiling water. Take out and shave off dirts.
Fozen Conch 5 pcs 3.In pot put all the ingredients, add in water. Bring to boil and turn to med-low heat. Boil until ingredients are tender and soup thickens (Around 3 hours cook). Season with salt and serve hot.
Ginger – 2 slices  
Honey date (candied dates)– 2 pcs
