Organic Carrots and Cashews

Carrots are very toddler-friendly and most children love cashews.  Lets make 2 great tastes in a simple dish.

Organic carrot (1 stick)

1. Peel and dice the carrot
Cashews (50-60gm)  2.  Chopped the cashews
Vegetable broth (1 cup)  3.  Bring the broth to a boil, add the organic carrot and reduce heat to low cook for 3 min.
Syrup or honey (1 teaspoon)  4. Lightly fry pan, add butter and syrup until melted, add the carrots gently.
Salted butter (1 teaspoon)  5.  Serve dish with chopped cashews on top.
